Welcome to Sun Air Estates Units 3-6, a 55+ community in Peoria, Arizona. We are between Olive and Peoria Avenues and between 95th and 97th Avenues, on Mountain View Road, Purdue Avenue, Vogel Avenue, Carol Avenue, and North 97th Lane.
Our homes
Our neighborhood has detached single-family homes and attached two-unit homes, often called Gemini or Twin homes. Units III through VI are part of the larger Sun Air Estates development.
Our governing documents name Glenn Properties, Inc. as the original developer.
Things to enjoy
Our recreation center has a library, a TV area, a kitchen and gathering space, a pool table, and a dartboard. Outside you will find a heated pool, a BBQ area, horseshoe pits, bocce ball, and a putting green.
A 55+ community
Our CC&Rs (Article XIII) require at least one permanent occupant of each occupied home to be 55 or older. Please read the full CC&Rs under Documents.
