Review homeowners' improvement requests and help keep the neighborhood looking its best. The committee has 3 to 5 members appointed by the Board.

We're a self-managed community, and everything here runs on neighbors helping neighbors. If you have a few hours, we'll put you to work on things you're good at and want to do.
Capital Improvement Research Committee
Help research and plan larger projects for our pool, Rec Center, and grounds.
A few meetings a year.
Event and Activities Committee
Help plan and run community events and activities.
Event Setup and Cleanup
Help set up tables and chairs before an event and put things away afterward.
Do You Sew?
We have a mending clinic where neighbors bring in things that need a button sewed on, something shortened, and other small repairs. Come help those who need a hand!
Tech Helpers
Friendly people who are comfortable with iPhones, iPads, Android phones, laptops, and Zoom and can help neighbors use them, especially with our new website.
Librarian
Help keep the Rec Center library tidy and organized.
Newsletter Delivery
Help deliver the printed newsletter to neighbors.
Office Filing and Scanning
Help file our paper records and scan documents into our computer files.
