Rentals must be the whole home, not rooms.
30-day minimum. No short-term rentals.
The owner or manager must tell the HOA before move-in.
Photo ID for every person who will live in the home: show it at the HOA office to be checked, or upload it. The HOA does not need to keep a copy. One resident must be 55 or older and all residents must be 18 or older. If you would rather not upload ID, bring it to the HOA office and a board member will confirm age and sign the form.
The owner must give tenants a copy of the Rules and Regulations and is responsible for violations.
There is a $25 administrative fee per new tenancy (not for a renewal with the same tenant).
If there is no rental at the time of purchase, the home buyer still signs below to agree with the information provided.
