Is the home in Sun Air Estates Units 3-6?
Our homes have four-digit house numbers from 9509 to 9784. They are on W Vogel Ave, W Purdue Ave, W Carol Ave, W Mountain View Rd, and N 97th Ln.
Homes with five-digit numbers, such as 10135 N 95th Dr, belong to a different association (for example, Unit 1 or Unit 2). We can't prepare title or resale paperwork for them.

55-and-older community
At least one person living in the home must be 55 or older and live there full time. No one under 18 may live in the home. This applies to owners and renters. Please share this with buyers early.
What we need from the buyer
Before closing and move-in, the buyer completes the New Buyer Package: Acknowledgment of Receipt, Statement of Purchaser, Age Verification, Tenant Information Form (marked N/A if not renting), and Emergency Contact Information. We also need photo ID for everyone who will live in the home, shown at the HOA office or uploaded, vehicle information, and a copy of the recorded deed at closing.
