Our Story

Sun Air Estates HOA 3-6 is a 55-and-older active adult community in Peoria, Arizona. We are Units III, IV, V, and VI of the larger Sun Air Estates development, between Olive Avenue and Peoria Avenue, from 95th Avenue to 97th Avenue.

Our neighborhood includes detached single-family homes and attached two-unit homes, often called Gemini or Twin homes. Our recorded plats include 278 lots and sub-lots.

Neighbors enjoy a heated pool, a recreation center with a library, game room, and kitchen, a BBQ area, bocce ball, a putting green, and horseshoe pits.

We are a self-managed association. A volunteer Board of Directors, elected by homeowners, runs the HOA.

We are a separate association from Sun Air Estates Unit 1 and Sun Air Estates Unit 2.
